Hi
I recently purchased a red fox thicknesser 4 x 12, when I go to bunnings I'm glad I did. From my research it a late forties machine and everything is adjustable with ease.
I have managed to get hold of a copy of an old sale brochure from around the time it was made, its shows the american model. I believe mine was made in Australia under license?
It is a heavy cast iron beast and was built to last. Its mounted on a small table made from 3/16 steel plate and angle iron. the table is nearly as heavy as the machine!!
If any body else has one and has any info they'd like to share it would be much appreciated.
I,ll try and post some pictures over the weekend.
Cheers Dave
