Has there been an review on this thicknesse (http://www.machineryhouse.com.au/w815)r? It's cheaper than the equivalent one at Carbatec.

Not actually reviewed as such but I do have some YouTube vids around of me using one of them and there is plenty of users on here.
Can't say anything bad about the T13S - it's essentially a Taiwan made thicknesser with the Accu-Head cutter head. The spiral head cuts well and smoothly even for figured grain - just understand it is a spiral head NOT a shear cut spiral (aka Shelix/Shelical).
As with any thicknessers of this ilk make sure the tables are level and make sure the timber infeed and outfeed are level and it'll produce perfectly straight cuts (obviously you need the other face to be straight!)
