3 simple little bowls, All sanded to 240 because it's all I have then purple scotch brite, finished with Ubeaut's shellawax cream(About 18 years old and still good).:2tsup: Still to finish the bottoms, thought it best to photograph them before the fly off the lathe.
sorry about the phone pics, (apparently the kids need my camera more than me)

First some Atlantic cedar, (Not much heartwood in this piece),nice to turn 235x100mm

Second some photinia, lovely to turn, much like apple. I would like to make a saw handle from it if I have a piece big enough.
Got a little thin on the bottom so I drilled it out and resined in a penny to hide a stuff up it is visible both sides. 155x55mm

And lastly an unknown, I think Turner Ted may have posted a piece of this a week or so ago. cream colored when cut green, but turns orange within minutes, this being its dry color, but I think itwill color up some more. 185x65mm

Thank-you for your comments gents, I like to keep things simple, my tools and lathe are limited, but I do find simple aesthetically pleasing.
