Given our penchant for criticism, I feel motivated to say a public thank you to Trend Timbers Pty Ltd in Sydney.
Prior to Christmas, I ordered a specialty species of timber from this supplier. I had supplied them a cut list for the purpose of calculating what I needed. They incorrectly short-supplied one item due to a miscalculation on their part. Whilst I was disappointed not to have the correct amount of timber for my Christmas project, I am delighted to say that after a quick email to them, I was advised and have since received, at no additional cost to me, the correct quantity of supply.
