I have a plan where I need to use finger joints to join a right angles 35mm square stock. One end has 3 fingers, the other 2. I was wanting any suggestions on a good way to cut these joints. IE anyone with a good jig design. I thought about using the router table with a biscuit cutter, or the workcentre using the blade. The problem with the latter is the fact that the stock is about 1000mm long. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Gary.

The latest Australian woodworker (oops! I mean WoodSmith. Shame on me!) Mag has heaps of easy finger joint projects and articles. Its only about $5.95 and comes out about 6 times a year. Excellent format and great plans.

Sorry to correct you Barry but the articles on finger joints are in Australian Woodsmith not woodworker and in issue No. 10.

OK, I can't find this mag anywhere! If anyone has a copy they no longer want I would very much appreciate it, or the name and number of the publisher, so I can contact them to order a back copy.

Cheers,
Gazza.
