Hafco ST-10SD Table Saw?

Hi all, have searched the forum's for info on this ST-10SD TS sold by Hare's and Forbes, but found nothing.
My main reason for liking it is because it can rip 1070mm wide, and has a not too bad sliding table for a price of $995.
Does anyone have one?

Looking at them specys the ST10sd can only rip to 650mm.
I'd spend the extra $250 and get the ST250

ST10-SD reads "with extension 1070mm", plus when I was in there I measured it and, it was a little more than 1070mm. I asked if the extension was included in price, and it is. Rip Fence also lock's on both ends, felt quite strong.

Had one for over a year now, they will come down and I paid $100 less than the advertised price.
The fence can be fine tuned and is quite robust, in fact everything that adjusts or moves can be fine tuned, the manual is informative.
I put a mobile base on to assist with space.
Assembly takes about half a day and the next half will be fine tuning, comes with an Irwin multi purpose blade which is OK, still got mine on and when it dies I will put on the CMT I have sitting here.
Nice and quiet and have ripped 2" Karri without it stalling, belt drive and a dust port that works.
One little word of advice, put the door on before the wings otherwise you have to start again and theres nothing in the book about that.
It also comes with a two part mitre gauge, one slides and the other locks in the slididng table, just need to take off the top part and put it on the rail, about a 30 second job.
It will rip in excess of a metre but I have never measured the extent.

Thank's Ian, you're a champion and deserve a greenie! I am also looking at the Hafco BP-16A Bandsaw, which is about $100 less than the Carbatec 14"(which actually only cut's 12"), so should I sit on my hands until the Woodwork show roll's around to strike a good deal?

I have yet to see a double locking fence worth a damn, frankly. I think they are highly over rated.

The reason is that it is very difficult to tune these things to not deflect the fence when locking. The same fence appears on a number of Taiwanese machines including the Leda machine that I have. I replaced it as soon as I could because it drove me NUTS!

Look for a Biesemeyer style fence or another T-square style fence, or perhaps the Incra though the Incra will cost as much as the saw!!!

Maxtrix isnt that 1070 is the width of the table top with the extension?
