Hi folks. I was doing a bit of surfing and found this site HobbitHouse Wood ID site (http://www.hobbithouseinc.com/personal/woodpics/index.htm)
I found it very helpful. I thought it was worth sharing. If you hear of something being cut down and wonder what it might look like. I was wondering what magnolia will look like and found all the pic's I needed inc. spalted, back sawn, quarter sawn and many of the different types of magnolia. Very helpful.
