View Full Version : A pair of cedar bowls

Turned up another couple of cedar bowls today.
Much the same sort of shape as the other ones posted about recently, however not as much figuring.
Quite pleased with them though.

There is one difference with these ones though. They are small, 93mm x 32mm. They are in fact made from an off cut from one of the earlier bowls that was in the firewood basket that caught my eye.
They will never really qualify as fruit bowls....
400350however I think they still have an appeal. 400351

I have seen references here of "ring bowls" where ladies put their engagement and wedding rings while doing something, like hand kneading bread dough. Or changing the oil and filter on the ute.

Call them ring bowls and sell them.

Very nice pieces.
