Just joined the forum, had my first enquiry from Australia a couple of days ago. We specialise in European Oak, predominantly from Croatia. Production and despatch is in Croatia with administration covered in London (UK). We also supply a complete range of hard and softwoods and are increasing our product lines all the time.

When I contacted them for more information, even though I thought I was dealing with the UK, they informed me that they are based in Croatia.

I don't want to put a dampener on your hopes, guys, but a quick check on the Companies House records shows one Croatian director and one Indian director. The latter, J.R.M. Archer has had 6 businesses including this one - all within the past 10 years or so and all of them except X-Worldwide (the Oak business) have been dissolved. One was a recruitment company, one in Marine Leisure, two in medical services.
