I have simply supplied a black and white image he will produce CAD required, he does some things and also works with others my job will be printed by another company that
he works with they have the most high tech printer in SA or maybe AUS, they are based at Flinders Uni I do not know if they are associated or just rent space.
My particular job needs to be done with a resin printer due to some fine detail

Update,as it turns out the project is not sorted and turned out to be a waste of time and money the fellow I was reffered to is not at fault he is great to deal with
it just turns out that what I want can't be done by 3D printing, I do have a excellent little souvenir to remind me
Turns out what I require is someone who can produce small detailed 3D routing/engraving from a black and white image.

Hi China,
bad luck with the 3-D printing, however, what you've been told is rubbish.

If your image can be carved / engraved with a CNC router, it can also be printed with a 3-D printer.

The CNC is a subtractive process, while 3-D printing is additive. At the end of the day both processes should be able to produce the same surface. The issue with printing is including in the code a suitable skeleton structure to support the surface.
