A commission build that's been on my bench for a couple of years now. Today I got this build strung up and once it's "run in" it'll be going to it's new owner.
Instrument Specs as follows:
Scale length: 658 to 638mm (Treble - Bass), 7th fret is bias fret.
Swiss Spruce with laminated falcate bracing.
Back and Sides: Indian Rosewood. Back is live with radial bracing over lower bout.
Neck: Queensland Maple. Bolt on/bolt down
Headstock: straight string pull with Schaller M6 mini tuners.
Rosette: Jason Kostal inspired stained glass design using Coobah burl.
Bridge: Tasmanian Blackwood/CF/Blackwood sandwich. Second layer of CF between bridge patch and top.
Pick Up System: Fishman Ellipse Matrix with undersaddle piezo and mini mic.
