Hello all. I help joinery business owners turn their business into a profitable investment and love their business as much as their work.
No cheesy sales pitches, no pressure to "sign up" to something. If you have a problem I can help you solve .. that is great. If not, that's ok too. I often enjoy a coffee and chat with people doing great work, not needing or wanting any help at this time.
I am just am a regular guy that has gone from cabinetmaker to business owner and now (since 2003) only coach cabinetmaking, joinery, and shopfitting businesses. Since creating a signature system for joinery businesses specifically, we have seen businesses transform, grow and thrive after many years of struggle. And I understand that feeling as I too did the same thing for many years.
