These can be tough to come by, especially in the sizes you're after, but I believe Deiter Schmidt tools is making some, or having them made. Lee Valley stopped carrying them.

I know a place local to me (In Seattle, USA) that has a fair few old ones for sale in various sizes and shapes. PM me if you're interested. I'm not sure when I can make it there, as I have some work travel coming up, but I'd be willing to have a look for you if you're willing to pay international shipping for them. They're around US$2-3 each.
