I am looking at the Scheppach HF50 bench top router. It seems that there were problems with the spindle lock on the older models but has anyone used a recently produced machine? Have they solved the spindle lock problem and how does the machine perform? The advertised price of less than $400.00 is certainly attractive but are there any other problems with the machine? Proposed use will be for 19mm hardwood lining boards.
