We had two surplus Tough lathes (3Phase, no extras) at the mens shed that we advertised on gum tree for $300. The slightly better one, which looks like your dad's, sold for $250 and the other one sold for $200. I'm not saying this is a fair price - just reporting what we did.

You don't show what extras (lathe chisels, chucks etc) are available with the lathe and whether it has 3Phase or single phase motor.
A 3 phase motor will reduce buyer interest.
If it has a single phase motor there is a good range of extras and they are in good shape you could try advertising it for say $600 might be able to get as much as $500 for it.

The value of the dust extractor depends on the horsepower rating. If it is a 1HP then I's say $100, If it is a 2HP then probably $150-$200 would be a fir price.

Tough lathes are of a similar quality to Woodfast lathes. That Tough looks like an earlier model. Being less well known than Woodfast, they usually sell at a discount to them.

Although no longer being manufactured, I recently met the owner of the Tough brand and understand that there is still some spare parts available.
