Just a note to inform everyone that there is a Triton club in Newcastle - NSW

Details can be obtained from our website at www.newcastletriton.asn.au

Just because we are called Triton club doesn't mean that you have to Triton gear.......... Anyone who is interested in woodworking is more than welcome to come along. This invitation is open to women as well 'coz we are finding that a lot of women are into the hobby now.
You can download a copy of the club newsletter if you want to get a feel for the club.

Hi , I have just tried the link to the triton club, but it came back with a "Does not exist" message. Is the club still running, and if so how can I contact them? I am setting up a new workshop and trying to decide what equipment to run with, any feedback would be appreciated.

Yes the club still exists although in a slightly different form. we are now known as 'The lake Macquarie Woodworking Club' or Lakewoodies as it is known to members.

Our website is now at Home (http://www.lakewoodies.asn.au) and new members are always welcome.......... '

have a look at the website and let me know what you think.

:2tsup: Hi Peter, thank you for the quick reply. Amazing, "Cyberspace" is actually a small world. I actually spoke to you last night when I was tracking down info on the Lakewoodies group.
Look forward to meeting you soon.
