Rod Gilbert 1st October 2018, 07:49 PM Cheers Bob,
That is why I mentioned Timberspec moisture meter that is the brand made in Australia it is an old model probably 20 years old. It states on the meter that it is calibrated to Douglas fir.

Old Hilly 3rd October 2018, 06:50 AM Good find BobL! Some heavy reading there but at least someone may now be able to make some sense of the readings they might get from a $9.95 moisture meter that they got from "The Big Green Shed"!
