Water stains on new timber deck

Hi. We almost finished building a Blackbutt deck and then had 3 weeks of rain. We covered the deck with tarps but water did get through and now we are left with water stains. I’ve cleaned the deck 3 times with 30 seconds cleaner. We’ve tried some basic sanding... Please help.
Would include photos but not sure how to.
