I am not too sure , I wish I had the time , I would rough turn
and store for about a year , but I don, t mind turning wet
timber , these were not that wet , so I don, t think they will
take that long, sure some nice colour and figure in them !

Camphor seems to dry very quickly, I bought a fair bit of green timber (mostly about 30 mm thick) from Mapleman a few years ago and they were around 12% in 3 or so months. Kept in a hot shed in Hervey Bay. It was timber from the stump, so maybe less dense than yours.

The aroma hit me as I opened the shed door for at least 6 weeks!

Hope this helps, Jeff

It will dry quickly, probably the lot in 12 months, roughouts in weeks. The good thing its very stable and if you are in a hurry turn to within 10% of the finished size and soak in meths for around 24hrs depending size and thickness etc, then dry and finish turn
