I am down sizing and am looking to regrettably part with my collection of plants, All plants come in large pots so you just need to pick up and go. I am charging what I paid for the plants. Not including the extras I have invested in them. All are well established and are between 2 to 5 years old. Many are are starting to produce fruit and would benefit from being put into the ground.
Here is the list with comments
$45 Pomegranate (Punica granatum) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomegranate - 3 years old first year bearing fruit
$20 Pipino Dulche (Solanum muricatum) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanum_muricatum - a true rare find it gives these small avocado sized fruit that when fully matured taste like a rock melon it is however temperamental in its production but well worth it
$45 Quince (Cydonia oblonga) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quince - had flowers but the wind took them so it should be ready to fruit 4 years old
$45 Chilean Guava (Ugni molinae) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ugni_molinae - fruited last year and should do the same this year fruits late autumn
$65 Curry Tree (Murray’s koenigii) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curry_tree - an essential ingredient in southern Indian cuisine this is my pride and joy I have had this for 5 years and it’s very slow growing and needs care. It is at the stage of forming a crown and seed given enough time it is prone to being weedy forming a small tree.
$20 Greek Oregano (O. v. subsp. hirtum) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oregano
$20 Moroccan Mint (Mentha spicata 'Nana') https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maghrebi_mint_tea - a weed that is best kept in a pot otherwise it will get away from you. Makes lovely tea
$20 Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemon_balm
$45 Rainier cherries (Prunus avian) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainier_cherry - this is 3 years old and wants to fruit however I have been plucking the flowers as I have been forcing it to grow more woody branches maybe two more years it should be big enough to provide fruit
$35 Lemongrass (Cymbopogon) MULTIPLES https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cymbopogon - this is a great if you like Thai food it forms offshoots and needs to be broken up and transplanted every year. You can pick the tips and use them instead of pulling the whole plant
I have a 1 year old lemon tree and a mysterious stone fruit both grown from seed I will give this to anyone who buys 3 or more plants.
I am located in Belgrave Victoria 3160.
