Sourcing ER25 collet nuts

I have 2 ER25 collet chucks purchased around 7 or 8 years apart, one new (metric) the other (imperial) from a garage sale, the garage sale chuck has a damaged nut that is unable to extract the collet from the holder, the nuts however interchange - ie the threads are the same 33mm diam x 2mm pitch so up until now I had no issues as I was only using one of the chuck bodies. I now want to use the second chuck in the lathe and am getting a little tired of swapping the nut over so I went on line to source a new nut and can find only 32mm diam x 1.5mm pitch to fit, this seems to be the standard. Does anyone know of a source for 33mm diam x 2mm pitch ER25 collet chuck nut ?
