Hi
Was wondering if anyone can tell me what this tool/attachment is/was for.
Its stamped "SHETACK" REGd
It has two thumb screws, one of which holds in place a scribe type bit.
Have not been able to find anything like it online. Tried contacting company, now Monument Tools, but sadly no response.
