I am having difficulty in 1. Communicating via email with orbost exhibition centre (not responding) and 2. Retreiving my turned piece which they have had for quite a number of years now. Can any one help me please.

Have you tried ringing them on 03 51542634. At least that way you would get someone to talk to about it rather than hoping they regularly check their emails.
