Well the midget chinaman invited us over for a feed of roast cat (oops, sorry - cream of chicken soup, peking duck and chicken wings) YUM!

besides discussing ships, container terminals, jumping lunatic crewmne, pirates, myrtle floors, wooden model boats, houses (or is that heese?), babys, facism and caligulas pleasure boat etc Wongo spent a fair amount of time actually eating and slagging my desire for a sliding tablesaw.

world hunger was solved, as was the crisis in the middle east.

the workshop of wongo was critically examined and acclaimed however disagreement about the price of (gotta say it ) WONDERFUL workbench was had.

I post with reluctance a photo of 4 sad pathetic souls in front of said bench - woodborer couldnt keep his hands off me the swine!

left to right is the midget chinaman wongo, the very hursuite Alexs, the handsome, intelligent and severely groped Zed and last but not least Woodborer esq the mexican.

Talking about the price of the workbench, the monkey said it worth $400 to $500. I reckon it is about $2000 (see Michael Connor’s website http://www.michealconnorwoodwork.com.au/workbenches.html)

What do you reckon guys?

G'Day Wongo,

I reckon that you're about right. MIK, as an example, have a Beech Sjoberg bench 1630x640x430 at $2,090 - and I think yours is nicer!

Cheers!

Wonderful meal cooked by the Bench making rocking horse whizz kid - Wongo.

There wasn't too much beer and wine because we all had to drive and you all know what it's like driving around Sydney at the best of times. well at least for a Mexican.

When Wongo left the shed, Zed lifted me onto the bench and then he pulled out a box which at first I thought was a camera. He started turning a handle and music came out of it. I did a jig on the table to the music, Zed then lifted me down and Wongo came back.

It is always the highlight of any Sydney trip to catch up with Wongo, CraigB, AlexS and Zed. Despite what others say about them behind their backs, I reckon they are all OK.

Thanks to Wongo, Mrs Wongo, Jasmine and Wongo's outlaws for being great hosts again.
