Vertex drill chuck.

Hey guys, I have a newish Vertex ball bearing chuck that is very tight when tightened down past 4mm and smaller drills. Is there some way of pulling the chuck apart for a look see or some way of loosening the thing up, don't want to have to buy a new one as this one isn't that old.
