I have been fortunate to have been given my deceased father-in-law's old Crompton and Parkinson belt driven lathe, which we brought back down from Glen Innes a few weeks ago. It measures 1650mm nose to tail on the frame. It has a couple of belts with it, and was running well the last time he used it a couple of years ago. I would be very grateful for any information anyone can give me about the lathe, including where to get spare parts and any belt sizes for different speeds. I'll need to build a new frame for it, as the old one was cut down for him when he was in his wheelchair.

Ahh, ok, thought they might have built the lot. I'll have a look for any marks on the frame to see if I can identify it. Thanks.
