Welcome to the forum.
It looks like a simple enough lathe to see how it works, so I expect you have a specific issue you need to solve.
If you do have a problem with the lathe or need a particular replacement part the manufacturers can probably help. I haven't seen that lathe before so it has probably been either built in Norway or designed there. We are unlikely to see any of them down here in Australia.
