(1) Queenstown Mens Shed Tasmania. Recently elected as VP. (2) Penguin Mens Shed where we were invited on Tuesday. (3 & 4) Our recent acquisition of a Loco/carriage ride. The loco sits on a Mini Moke chassis/Mini 850 engine & rolls on Mini Wheels as does carriage. Built in Queenstown some 45 years ago so requires total restoration.

465101Friday would just have been another Friday. However the Knights of the Pissoir who`d booked into town celebrating their 20th Anniversary soon changed the atmosphere when told the Mens Shed needed a bit of help. And so Friday/Saturday & today they whipped around town & the pub we were all drinking at & created a fantastic fundraiser for us. I`m guessing some 40 or so Knights Members boosted the ambers flowing with the locals.Pictured is their Committee.

I was not aware there was a Mens Shed in Queenstown. Where are you located in Queenstown, opening times and any contact details etc. Also any information as to what you are more into. My brother maybe interested in coming for a chat, having only recently moved there.
