Success at last. I have mirrored the factory grind. Well as close as my old eyes can tell. You don't need a cutter grinder. A Vee block to hold the drill with the chisel edge centered on the wheel edge. Inclination angle about 32 deg. on the work head. Chisel edge set to verticle. The wheel height has to be adjustable for different diameters. Next to fit a travel stop to keep each side the same or if your collet nut is small enough pass on thru. I left about 20 thou of web between the notches. The grinding forces are low so a battleship rig isn't needed.
Next it's taps between centres, the first tap has no centre hole in the drive end. Bugger, collets are needed again.
Home again for a few beers.
