Hello all, Thought I'd update my worn out sandblast gun so I saw these on evilbay with ceramic nozzle and thought I'd give them a try
Arrived this week so I hooked up the air, 17cfm compressor @ 90psi, well within specs and the hose to the grit and although it blew plenty of air through the nozzle it failed to siphon grit (garnet). Instead of siphoning the opposite occured, the gun blew air down the siphon tube.
So has anyone got one of these guns and do they actually work efficiently? or is mine just a lemon?? Mine will actually be used in a blast cabinet. There are no adjustments for the gun, it's basically a connect, point and shoot system.
