I haven't been able to find any reference to this so apologies if the answer is out there.
Whilst working toward leveling my Sheraton 10 inch, I came across this key.

I get that perhaps the 'pump' position is to prime the pump with oil before use. Is that right? And can someone indicate how long to set the key to pump for?
