A pair of Stilsons - one 18" and one 14" - $15 each
A Dawn heavy duty pipe cutter for cutting 1/4" to 2" gal pipe - $10
Copper pipe flaring tool for 1/2" and 3/4" copper $10
Flaring tool for smaller copper pipe and Copper/plastic tube cutter $10 for both

For those who haven't used one before, the bottom left pic flaring tool is absolutely brilliant at flaring copper pipe, worth buying just for that!

I've gone through a few flaring tools over the years and that particular type is the best I've found, great results every time.
