Hi All,
My 9x20 Asian lathe has a Metric lead screw, 1.5mm pitch, that needs new half nuts.:C
I have so far been able to only locate 16TPI ones here in Australia and have had no luck finding any elsewhere.
It is definitely Metric, I have checked the leadscrew with Imperial and Metric thread gauges. 16TPI is close but it's definitely 1.5mm pitch (just under 17TPI if you do the maths).
Hopefully someone can tell me where to get new metric half nuts. I bought the lathe new from Minitech in Queensland but they went out of business some time ago.:~
