Can't find the right web site for plans

I hope that someone can help. I'm new to both here and to woodworking and I had done an internet search for plans. I ran across a site that had their plans displayed, but they also had a list of tools that were needed to complete their projects. The projects themselves were pretty basic and only required a few tools, for the beginner like me. I've searched using google and several other search engines and cannot find that site again. If anybody could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
