Anyone recognise this carbide-blade countersink?

I picked this up (like most of my stuff) in a box of odds & ends at a clearing sale a few years ago. I like the design but there are multiple chips in the blade so it's only useful at diameters that correspond to the undamaged parts of the blade. Can anyone point me to where I might find a replacement blade for it?
