redesigning router top

one time I should have copied and saved.
Somewhere just recently someone was modding their router top and had a piece of metal channel purchased from bunnings.
I wanted to pirate a couple of those ideas and now I cannot find the thread.

Thanks Fumbler, i have 2 lots of track and stops that i bought thinking they would do the job, and didn't. This is the stuff i need.
