Compressor Issue

[MWF FEED]

The compressor at work runs until the tank pressure reads 120PSI then shuts off. Then air flows from the pressure switch until the pressure has dropped to 100PSI and the cycle repeats. The air flows out of the hole shown by the arrow in the pic. This isn't how my (much smaller) compressor at home operates. Is this normal for large compressors? If not, is it something I can fix, or should I call a specialist?
