I was window shopping on Amazon, and saw these:

Haven't looked up the code/manufacturer/specs yet, but they look like they fit in either threading insert holders (e.g. SER1616H16 SEL/SER/SNR), or roughing/boring holders (e.g. MTJNR1616H16, MTJN/WTJN/MTWN).
