A Jones & Shipman 1212E cylindrical grinder has just found its way to my workshop. The workhead requires a dose of Mobil Velocite 3 spindle oil according to the manual provided with the grinder. I have been having great difficulty getting hold of any in NSW, Mobil and its distributors have none in stock so I am wondering if anyone on the forum knows where I can get a few litres. The wheel head spindle has sealed bearings and is lubricated for the life of the bearings , the workhead takes just over 1/2 a litre. Apparently it is normally sold in 20 litre containers and I am willing to buy that quantity if it can be found. Can anyone help?
