Cigar box

Hi all, I have some cigar boxes I want to put some cigar pens in.
Those of you who have done this or if you just have a good idea, what's the best way to hold the pen in place so it doesn't rattle around?
As the boxes are different sizes it would need to be something I could size to fit individually or is that fit to size :?
