Just wonderful to read in this morning's news about a Michael G who, in his own time, does many and varied design and build projects for people with disabilities.
I'm pretty sure it's the same Michael G that posts here.
The items he delivers are so important to those that need them. Having worked in this area for a long time I can tell you that even seemingly simple items can need a lengthy cycle of trial and rebuild to achieve a good result, and that another person with a similar disabiity and need may require a very different design. These items can often transform the lived experience of the user, and their familiies.
