here are some of my pens, i couldnt find my first one for the pic but there is 2-5. top to bottom, rosewood, madagascar ebony, sandlewood, black palm. i made those four over the past two days and am pretty happy with how they turned out. im also including a picture of my turning set up, it is made up of a drillpress a tail stock made of some old photocopier parts and a tool rest made of some scrap pine. and i use a standard flat chissel to turn with.

well theres no need to deal with that crude set up now, i picked up a great condition ryobi lathe for 60 bucks on the weekend. it was just a chance spot in the paper. the worst thing is its at my mums house so ive owned it for 3 days now and havn't even pluged it in, and wont be able to untill saturday. ahhh its torture.
