Took me ages to find the T, it was like one of them backwards focusing puzzles.
Now that I see it.

Cool.

Sculpture, The box looks great. I have almost finished restoring my BS and look forward to having a go at this.

Al, you're a twit:p;)

Hi SB - great work on the 'T' box. What wood and finish did you use?

Nice box. Difficult to make out the handles. Any chance of a better pic of the handles? The 'T' must've been hard to sand. Did you do it by hand, or did you have a long narrow sander of some kind?

Hi

In response to the questions.

An original concept and design.

Timber - one block Australian Red Cedar, finished size - 26cm long, 10cm deep, 27cm tall.

Finished in a blend of natural oils, sanding - by hand.

The interior of the Tee section done with various grits attached to a lenght of plastic.

Handles carved into the 15mm drawer fronts. Image attached.

I saw the box (and Tony) in person last weekend at the Seymore Ag show.

The things he shows us in the pics are only the start of the secrets these boxes hold - friendly bloke too.

Thanks Tony for the advise/chat :)
