Just finished another picture. This one is of Butterflies (in case you can't work that out), and is 260w X 360h. Although I am finally starting to aquire some technical skill with Marquetry, there's still a long way to go. In the meantime, this one is going on the wall.
Now if I can only figure out how to take a decent photo of the work I'd be laughing.:D

You did say "starting to acquire some technical skill..." Sheesh, mate, I'd like to see what constitutes your view of "mastering" something :)

Thanks for the kind words Steve, however, I know my current limitations. I started marquetry about 18 months ago, and am learning by watching people who have been doing it for 30 - 40 years. The've mastered the art.......I'm still aquiring skills!!
Having said that, I can see the improvements over the last piece. So I'm like a pig in poo.:D
