anyone made a chesapeake light craft stitch and glue kayak?

I haven't, but I've seen lots built. The plans work really well - their website is good at providing info too.

I have built several CLC kayaks. Mill Creek 13, Mill Creek 16.5, Chessapeake 16, and Sassafrass canoes.I think they are all good for their designed purpose.

andrew, i havnt built one but have wanted to for ages. which are you building? do you have the plans yet? have you seen the hybrid one, thats one sexy boat

Hey Andrew,
I'm currently paddling a Coho from Pygmy boats that I finished last year.
Same building method as the CLC boats, kind of fun actually. Worth the effort, definitely. Enjoy and share some photos if you would.
