plans for Attic Ladder

I am looking for plans for an Attic Ladder the type that is constructed in three sections that hinge together and fold up into the ceiling void when not in use. The weight is counter balanced by two springs
the floor to ceiling height is 2.600m or 8' 6 1/2"
the inside mearsurment of the ceiling joists is 0.506m or 22 1/4"
