Hi,
I recently "purchased" two Festool 2000E/1 routers and I think I understand why they use "No compromise" in their Mission statement, though I'm not sure it has to do with quality or customer service.:mad: If you would like to know about this episode, please contact me privately and I can talk to you.
If you're a Festool Rep, don't bother, I'm still waiting for your National Manager to return my call. (Which I was promised would be by Friday afternoon last week.
If you are a Makita Rep, thee could be a photo opp. of me doing a Jimi Hendrix on the 2000 while gleefully accepting a 3612C from you. (Paid for of course!):)
