Hi Does anyone know where in Australia I can get pen Like this here? I was going to do one for my father for fathers day. Any suggestions?

This is a link to the kit I have seen internationally http://www.pennstateind.com/store/plight.html

Hi, I had a look on the site provided by DJ but couldnt find the kits. If I can't get something from Carrolls Woodcraft http://www.cws.au.com (http://www.cws.au.com/) then I get it from www.woodnwhimsies.com (http://www.woodnwhimsies.com) , Tim can get anything thats on the PSI website and sometimes at a cheaper price, the postage works out well if you are purchasing a few items.
Here's some of the penlights I've turned.
The first 2 are Dymondwood, the third is Tasmanian Blackwood, fourth is Tasmanian Myrtle, and the last 2 are Dymondwood again.

if you really want too make this monstrosity (ive made one myself).send len smith at the woodsmith and see if he still has one lying around .I think you should make him a nice roller ball pen or look at the carbatec catalog . thoughs torches dont work that well.

My dad is one of those men he gets a pen for every occassion and he uses a pocket torch for work plus I would like to make one for myself too. I am a bowen therapist and we use torch for baby eyes. So you don't want a real bright one for that
I have got onto woodsmith they have a stocktake coming up so they are going to see if they can find me one left laying in a box out back.
