Greetings all,

Could someone direct me to a real store, where you pay money across a counter, in Melbourne, that sells Piano hinges and their ilk?

Thanks,

Rob

All Bunnings stores carry piano hinges either packages or by the metre.

Wilson & Bradley in Preston sells them together with a myriad of other things connected with building cupboards and kitchens.

Well worth a visit as they are a lot cheaper then Bunnings.

Peter.

Thank you guys,

I went looking everywhere in the ether, but sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees. (No pun intended).:) They were indeed at Bunnings, hidden in a display stand at the end of the hinge aisle.

Regards,

Rob

My local Home Hardware sells piano hinge by the metre or less from a roll in either plain steel, chrome (or nickel) plate or brass, also fixed lengths. The roll stuff is fairly light weight but a piano hinge doesn't usually need to be ultra strong.
