Vibrates like Hell

Can any one tell me why all of a sudden my Scroll saw is vibrating like hell ?

It has never done it before, Dunno if its because I started it up with the blade tensioner loose.

I believe its a c arm saw does the blade tensioner need to be eqaul highth to the blade?

Had a bad vibration problem (after dropping th esaw and breaking the link arm from the motor) caused by the new link arm not being correctly aligned. Easily fixed with a bit of trial and error. Worth looking at as it can go out of alignment on the Hegener. (Don't ask how I dropped the saw.)

Not familiar with Rexon, but I would be dismantling the unit and taking a good look at each piece or do a search for rexon to see if you can find a schematic.

Have a look at the blade tensioner mechanism, it's possible something may have dislodged.
Check the coupling between the top and bottom arm, there may be an alignment problem.
Check that the blade tensioner is working first.

Rexon have been around for quite a while here in Oz, I think the range of tools are of Taiwanese manufacture ..imported in and badged up here.I think perhaps the Woodman Group of companies sell them.

Like I said ..I've changed my ISP which still requires some tidying up...Glad you're still doin' good turns after all this time.
